Without a zoning permit the University was unable to comply with the conditions of <br /> 10.255(2)(1)Dane County Code of Ordinance and under these circumstances the Zoning <br /> Administrator concluded the Ordinance must be interpreted to allow an equitable tolling <br /> of the one year time limit until County Board action. <br /> Conclusion: <br /> The Dane County Board of Adjustment concluded that the Zoning Administrator's <br /> interpretation was a reasonable reading of the Ordinance. <br /> Motion carried 3-0.
