Ricker OPPOSED: -- COMMUNICATION:Town Board
Ross/Long to deny requested variances from required setback from road, sideyard,
setback from normal high water mark and maximum allowable lot coverage to permit
addition/alteration of existing residence as proposed.
Finding of fact:
1). Applicant proposes to add a 9.4' x 12' screen porch to existing residence.
2). Property is a 50 foot wide corner lot on Lake Waubesa.
3). Proposed addition requires variances from sideyard, setback to normal high
watermark and maximum allowable lot coverage.
4). Structural alteration of existing residence also included in plans.
5). Setback to normal high watermark variance needed because of artificial shoreline for
drive-in boathouse.
6). Property has had several variances, which have been granted, allowing maximum lot
coverage to be exceeded. (Vars. #1465 & 1989).
Conclusion:
1). Unnecessary hardship not proven.
Motion carried. 5 —0.
#3129.
