ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5422 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> ALBION <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Albion be amended to include in the RH-1, <br /> RH-3 and RH-4 Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Pet. ##5422: <br /> Part of the NW 1/4 Section 16, Town of Albion described as follows: To RH-1: <br /> Commencing at the Northwest corner of said Section 16; thence S 89° 46' 55" <br /> East, along the North line of the NW 1/4 of said Section 16, 1668.55 feet; <br /> thence S 00° 00' 00" West, 641.39 feet to the point of beginning; thence <br /> continuing S 00° 00' 00" West, 161.51 feet; thence S 68° 14' 15" West, 727.62 <br /> feet to the centerline of CTH A; thence N 21° 45' 45" West, along said <br /> centerline 150.00 feet; thence N 68° 14' 15" East, 787.50 feet to the point of <br /> beginning.
