Motion carried. 4—0. <br /> Sayles/Ross to approve minutes of 11/9/00 and 11/16/00 as amended. Motion carried. <br /> 4-0. <br /> DECEMBER PUBLIC HEARING ITEMS: <br /> # 3116. Appeal by A.J. Arnett for a variance from required setback from road as <br /> provided by Section 10.17(3)to permit porch addition to existing residence at 672 Oak <br /> Ridge Road in the SW 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 21; Town of Rutland. <br /> IN FAVOR: OPPOSED: COMMUNICATION: <br /> Sayles /Long to hold request in abeyance until January hearing to allow applicant to <br /> appear. Motion carried. 4—0. <br /> #3117. Appeal by Dean Ross for a variance from required setback from road as provided <br /> by Section 10.16(6)to permit new detached garage at 4239 Senneth Street being Lot#40, <br /> 1st Addition Simpson Subdivision Section 17, Town of Dunn. <br /> IN FAVOR: D. Ross, T. Franklin OPPOSED: COMMUNICATION: <br /> Town Board <br /> Sayles/Long to deny requested Variance from setback to Senneth Street right-of-way to <br /> permit detached residential garage as proposed. <br /> Finding of Fact: <br /> 1). Applicant proposes 22' x 24' detached garage to be located 15 feet from right-of-way <br /> line, while ordinance requires 30 foot minimum. <br /> 2). Applicant's property has road frontage on 2 sides. <br />
