(Ross-abstain). <br /> SAYLES/ROSS to approve of minutes of 6/15/00 and 6/22/00 as amended. Motion <br /> carried - 5-0. <br /> July Public Hearing Items: <br /> #3093. Appeal by Gerald D. Youngs for a variance from required setback from road, <br /> minimum separation between mobile homes, and elevation of lowest floor above flood <br /> zone as provided by Sections 10.17(3)(b), 10.08 (10), and 17.39(11)(b)1.&2. to permit <br /> upgrade of existing mobile home park at 10359 County Highway Y in the NE 1/4 Section <br /> 28, Town of Mazomanie. <br /> fir IN FAVOR: R. Sage, H. Johnson, J. Youngs OPPOSED: --- <br /> COMMUNICATION: Department of Natural Resources, W.M.H.A. - letter and Town <br /> Board <br /> SAYLES/ROSS to hold request in abeyance pending outcome of proposed Ordinance <br /> Amendment to reduce separation required between mobile homes(Staff to report to <br /> Board of Adjustment, status of Ordinance Amendment at December Hearing. <br /> Motion carried 5-0. <br /> #3094. Appeal by Michael Ryczek for a variance from required rearyard as provided by <br /> Sections 10.07(8) and 10.16(6)to permit residential garage as constructed at 113 Souix <br /> Drive being Lot#9,Block#8, Hickory Hills Estates Section 25, Town of Albion. <br /> IN FAVOR: R. Ryczek OPPOSED: -- COMMUNICATION: Town <br /> Board <br /> SAYLES/LONG to deny requested variance from required rearyard to permit garage as <br /> constructed. <br /> Finding of fact: <br /> 1). Applicant razed former single car garage and constructed double garage utilizing <br /> original slab. <br /> 2).
