Motion carried—5-0. <br /> FEBRUARY PUBLIC HEARING ITEMS: <br /> #3080. Appeal by Zimbrick Buick,Inc. for variances from sign regulations as provided by <br /> Sections 10.74, 10.77,and 10.83 to permit on-premise sign at 1601 West Beltline Highway in the <br /> SW 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 34,Town of Madison. <br /> SAYLES/KLOPP to hold request in abeyance until March Hearing. Motion carried—5-0. <br /> APPEALS FROM PREVIOUS HEARINGS: <br /> #3075. Appeal by Gary Mobley for a variance from required setback from road and maximum <br /> height as provided by Sections 10.17(3)and 10.123(4)to permit accessory building as proposed <br /> at 6474 Cooke Road in the NW 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 36,Town of Mazomanie. <br /> ROSSIKLOPP to hold request until March Hearing.
