BOA MINUTES 12/16/99 <br /> PAGE 1 <br /> • <br /> (fr BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT <br /> MINUTES OF 12/16/99 <br /> PRESENT: Long, Klopp, Ross , Kay and Sayles . <br /> ALSO: Reynolds <br /> Meeting called to order by Chair Kay at 6: 32 P.M. in Room <br /> 2-F City-County Building to hold Public Hearing as published <br /> Class II Notice. <br /> Minutes: ROSS/SAYLES to amend minutes of November 18, 1999 <br /> to read: Minutes, #3062 *applicant withdraws entry ramp <br /> from consideration as she "will remove it" . 4-0 (Klopp, <br /> abstain) . <br /> SAYLES/ROSS to approve minutes of November 11 and November <br /> 18, 1999 as amended. Motion carried 5-0. <br /> KAY/ROSS to allow Supervisor Wiganowski to be heard, out of <br /> order, regarding #3063 - Suchomel request for re- <br /> consideration. Motion carried - 5-0. <br /> DECEMBER PUBLIC HEARING ITEMS: <br /> #3070. Appeal by Don Halverson for a variance from required lot <br /> width and area as provided by Sections 11.03 (1) and 10.05 (4) to <br /> permit reconfiguration of existing lots by CSM at 1972 Barber <br /> Drive in the NW 1/4 SE 1/4 and NE 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 26, Town of <br /> Dunn. <br /> IN FAVOR: Don Halverson OPPOSED: --- COMMUNICATION: Town <br /> Board <br /> ROSS/SAYLES to grant variances of 34 feet from required lot <br /> width for both proposed Lot 2 and Lot 3 also, to grant variances <br /> of 2, 800 square feet for Lot #2 and 3, 000 square feet from <br /> minimum required lot area to permit of proposed 3 lot certified <br /> survey. <br /> Finding of Fact: <br /> 1) . Property is presently 4 platted lots with additional lands <br /> (governmental lot) added to. <br /> 2) . Proposed Lot #1 will combine 2 non-conforming lots, with an <br /> existing 8-unit apartment building on, into a single conforming <br /> lot. <br /> 3) . Proposed Lots 2 and 3 are redefining 2 original platted <br /> lots without reducing width and area. <br /> C <br />
