ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5423 Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of DEERFIELD The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Deerfield be amended to include in the RH-1 and RH-2 Rural Homes District the following described land: Part of the W 1/2 NW 1/4 Section 19, Town of Deerfield described as follows: TO RH-1: Commencing at the Southwest corner of said NW 1/4 NW 1/4; thence East, 550 feet; thence North 200 feet to the point of beginning; thence continue North 600 feet; thence S 75° East, 500 feet; thence S 04° West, 600 feet; thence N 75° West, 500 feet to the point of beginning. TO RH-2: Commencing at the Southwest corner of said NW 1/4 NW 1/4; thence East, 550 feet to the point of beginning; thence North 200 feet; thence S 75° East, 500 feet; thence N 04° East, 600 feet; thence S 75° East, 66 feet; thence S 04° West, 860 feet; thence West, 510 feet; thence North, 200 feet to the point of beginning. CONDITIONAL ZONING Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 (3)(a) 2.(b) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED The above listed descriptions are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the survey will cause the rezone to be null and void. CONDITION Only one access driveway shall be provided for all of the parcels included in the survey. Said driveway shall be located along the East property line and shall be shown on the certified survey. EFFECTIVE DATE: 'JAN 0 4 p93
