ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5423 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> DEERFIELD <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Deerfield be amended to include in the RH-1 <br /> and RH-2 Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Part of the W 1/2 NW 1/4 Section 19, Town of Deerfield described as follows: <br /> TO RH-1: Commencing at the Southwest corner of said NW 1/4 NW 1/4; thence <br /> East, 550 feet; thence North 200 feet to the point of beginning; thence <br /> continue North 600 feet; thence S 75° East, 500 feet; thence S 04° West, 600 <br /> feet; thence N 75° West, 500 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> TO RH-2: Commencing at the Southwest corner of said NW 1/4 NW 1/4; thence <br /> East, 550 feet to the point of beginning; thence North 200 feet; thence S 75° <br /> East, 500 feet; thence N 04° East, 600 feet; thence S 75° East, 66 feet; thence <br /> S 04° West, 860 feet; thence West, 510 feet; thence North, 200 feet to the <br /> point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 (3)(a) 2.(b) <br /> of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to <br /> the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed descriptions are intended to describe land for which a <br /> certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This <br /> amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by Dane <br /> County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is <br /> recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to <br /> record the survey will cause the rezone to be null and void. <br /> CONDITION <br /> Only one access driveway shall be provided for all of the parcels included in <br /> the survey. Said driveway shall be located along the East property line and <br /> shall be shown on the certified survey. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE: 'JAN 0 4 p93 <br />
