BOA MINUTES 10/22/98 <br /> PAGE 4 <br /> Conditions: <br /> 1) . That plans and specifications be prepared by a licensed <br /> engineer within the scope of the application, and filed with <br /> the Zoning Department before commencement of any work. <br /> 2) . That all work be performed in compliance with approved <br /> engineering standards and all applicable governmental rules <br /> and regulations particularly Section 11 . 05 (4) of Dane County <br /> Code of Ordinances. <br /> 3) . That there be filed with the Zoning Department a <br /> Certificate of compliance by a licensed engineer at the <br /> completion of the project. <br /> 4) . Subject to all other necessary governmental agency <br /> approvals. <br /> 5) . Inspection and approval by Zoning Department upon <br /> completion of project. <br /> 6) . At the discretion of the Board of Adjustment, <br /> inspection and approval by the Zoning Department during <br /> and/or upon completion may be required. <br /> 7) . Permit valid December 1, 1998 with completion and <br /> certification deadline of December 1, 2000. <br /> 8) . That applicant provide Dane County Zoning with copies <br /> of all other necessary governmental agency permits . <br /> Finding of fact: <br /> 1) . Proposal is to install sanitary sewer and storm water <br /> sewer line from the Village of Arena to the Village of Black <br /> (1, sewer <br /> 2) . Project will take up to 2 years to complete and is <br /> dependent upon contractor availability. <br /> • <br /> 3) . Special Exception Permit is necessary for those <br /> excavations within 300 feet of Black Earth and Vermont <br /> Creeks. <br /> 4) . Almost entire projects within Department of <br /> Transportation Highway 14 right-of-way. <br /> Conclusion: <br /> 1) . The project as planned, with specified conditions; will <br /> not result in substantial detriment to navigable waters by <br /> erosion, ' sedimentation, impairment of fish or aquatic life, <br /> or safe and healthful conditions .
