Contractor failed to submit required locational survey <br /> in lieu of 1st inspection and completed construction in <br /> violation of Section 10.25 (3) (a) . <br /> 3) . Subject lot is 1 . 4 acres in area and 100 feet wide, and <br /> garage addition was permitted at 24' x 36' <br /> 4) . Residence does not sit squarely on lot thusly, <br /> encroachment varies from 0.24 feet to nothing. <br /> Conclusion: <br /> 1) . Unnecessary hardship was not proven. Motion carried - <br /> 5-0. <br /> #2979.
