Stairs were unsafe and posed a hazard to anyone using them. <br /> 3) . From lawn to water the bank drops sharply 20 feet. <br /> 4) . Upper level structures do not exceed roof of (2nd story) <br /> boathouse height. <br /> 5) . Deck structures needed to observe children playing near or <br /> in lake. <br /> 6) .
