BOA 5/28/98 <br /> Page 1 <br /> BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT MINUTES <br /> MAY 28, 1998 <br /> PRESENT: Klopp, Ross and Kay <br /> ALSO: Reynolds. <br /> Meeting called to order at 6: 35 P.M. in Room #2-H <br /> City-County Building by Chair Kay to hold Public Hearing as <br /> published by Class II Notice. <br /> MINUTES: ROSS/KLOPP to amend minutes of April 23, 1998 RE: <br /> Appeal #2922, conditions, 7) , to revise start date from July <br /> 1, 1998 as written, to read August 1, 1998 with completion <br /> and certification by October 15, 1998 . Also, to amend <br /> Appeals #2916 and 2917 (Appeals from previous hearings) <br /> motion to read: "ROSS/KLOPP to hold request in abeyance <br /> until May Hearing. Motion carried - 3-0. (Hamre, absent) . " <br /> Motion to amend Appeals #2922, #2916 and #2917, as so <br /> stated. Motion carried 3-0. <br /> ROSS/KLOPP to approve minutes of April 16, 1998 and April <br /> 23, 1998 as amended. Motion carried - 3-0. <br /> #2927. Appeal by Tom Wacker et al. and for a variance from <br /> required lot area, setback from road, minimum rearyard, and <br /> maximum square footage of accessory buildings as provided by <br /> Sections 10.07 (4) , 10. 17 (3) , 10.07 (8) , and 10.04 (1) to permit <br /> lot creation by Certified Survey Map at 3045 Burke Road and 3362 <br /> Bailey Road in the NE 1/4 NW 1/4 Section 30, Town of Sun <br /> Prairie. <br /> IN FAVOR: R. Miller OPPOSED: --- COMMUNICATION: Town Board <br /> KLOPP/ROSS to grant, with conditions, variances of 5570 square <br /> feet for Lot #1, (as labeled on preliminary CSM) and 6545 square <br /> feet for Lot #2, from required minimum lot area to permit <br /> creation of substandard lots by CSM also, to deny requested <br /> variance from maximum allowable square footage of accessory <br /> buildings to allow 2 existing storage buildings to remain on <br /> proposed Lot #2 without there being a residence on said lot. <br /> Conditions: <br /> 1) . That proposed Lots 1 and 2 be legally bound to insure lots <br /> remain in single ownership. <br /> 2) . That notation, on proposed Lot #2 read "not buildable" be <br /> placed on face of CSM. Motion carried 3-0. <br /> KLOPP/ROSS to grant variance of 4092 square feet from required <br /> minimum lot area and variance of 15.1 feet from required setback <br /> from road right-of-way to permit lot creation, of proposed Lot <br /> ihr #3, by CSM. Motion carried 3-0. <br />
