Appeal by Lake Waubesa Bible Camp, Inc. for a variance from required setback from normal high watermark as provided by Section 11.03 (2) to permit addition to existing building at 2851 Crescent Drive in the NW 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 9, Town of Dunn. IN FAVOR: R. Kregness OPPOSED: --- COMMUNICATION: Town Board ROSS/KLOPP to deny requested variance from setback to normal high watermark to permit addition to existing building as proposed. Finding of Fact: 1) . Applicant proposes to retain 1 wall of existing structure and expand off that. 2) . Appears applicant has alternative locations in which to construct, which would remove need for or reduce variance request. 3) . Structure is intended for multi-purpose uses, including assembly and recreational uses. 4) . Applicant wishes to maintain lakeview not afforded in any other location. Conclusion: 1) . Unnecessary hardship was not proven. Motion carried - 3-0. #2930. Appeal by Ron Ballweg for variance from required sideyard as provided by Section 10.141 (6) to permit rebuilding of fire damaged commercial building at 8090 County Highway K in the NE 1/4 NW 1/4 Section 24, Town of Berry. IN FAVOR: R. Ballweg OPPOSED: --- COMMUNICATION: Town Board, County Highway ROSS/KLOPP to hold request in abeyance not beyond July Hearing, to allow applicant to research lot line location issues. Appeal by John & Pat Warden for a variance from required setback from road as provided by Section 10.17 (5) to permit construction of residential garage at 1835 Bjoin Drive being Lots 1 and 2, Kegonsa Heights Section 36, Town of Dunn. IN FAVOR: J. Warden OPPOSED: --- COMMUNICATION: Town Board. KLOPP/ROSS to hold request in abeyance, not beyond July Hearing, to allow applicant to seek alternative design options. Motion carried - 3-0.
