, ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5404 +' <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> MONTROSE <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Montrose be amended to include in the RH-2 <br /> Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5404: <br /> Part of the NE 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 16, Town of Montrose described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Section; thence West, 802.42 feet to <br /> the point of beginning; thence continue West 525 feet; thence South 750 feet; <br /> thence N 85° East 525 feet; thence N 010 46' 00" West along West line of <br /> Certified Survey Map #6777, 714.71 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a <br /> certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This <br /> amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane <br /> County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is <br /> recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE: JUN 2 6 1992 <br />
