ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5405 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> DEERFIELD <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Deerfield be amended to include in the RH-1 <br /> Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5405: <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 25, Town of Deerfield described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Section 25 as the point of <br /> beginning; thence N 88° 24' 30" East along the section line 240 feet; thence <br /> North 300 feet; thence West 60 feet; thence N 24° 38' 45" West 300 feet to a <br /> point which is 50 feet East of the Westerly line of said Section 25, thence N <br /> 00° 28' 30" East parallel with the Westerly line of said Section 25, 220 feet; <br /> thence N 70° East 150 feet; thence West 192 feet more or less to the Westerly <br /> line of said Section 25; thence Southerly along the Westerly line of said <br /> Section 25, 850 feet more or less to the point of beginning. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE: SEP 2 9 <br />
