1. Legal description of land to be rezoned: <br /> A part of the West 1/2 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 25, T7N, R12E,Town of Deerfield, <br /> Dane County, Wisconsin, more fully described as follows: Commencing at the Southwest <br /> corner of said Section 25 as the point of beginning; thence N88°24'30"E along the section <br /> line 240 feet; thence North 300 feet; thence West 60'; thence N24°38'45"W 300 feet to a <br /> point which is 50 feet East of the westerly line of said Section 25 (previously recorded as <br /> N25°W); thence N00°28'30"E parallel with the westerly line of said Section 25 220 feet; <br /> thence N70°E 150 feet; thence West 192 feet more or less to the westerly line of said <br /> Section 25; thence Southerly along the westerly line of said Section 25 850 feet more or <br /> less to the point of beginning. Contains 2.77 acres more or less and is subject to a public <br /> road right of way for Munson Road over its southerly 33 feet thereof. <br /> 2.A. See enclosed drawing. The parcel proposed for rezoning is highlighted in yellow and <br /> is currently part of a larger parcel containing 21.3 acres more or less,currently zoned A-2. <br /> 2. B. Contains 2.77 acres more or less, 100% "Mc", also known as Marshan silt loam soil. <br /> 3. The land proposed for rezoning is part of tax parcel#12-0712-253-8600-4. <br /> 5. We desire to rezone the parcel in order to attach it to the adjoining Lot 1 of Certified <br /> Survey Map#3556, for the purposes of transferring ownership of the parcel as described in <br /> the attached registered land lease. We propose that Lot 1 plus the parcel for rezoning will <br /> then consist of one parcel of 5.306 + 2.77 = 8.076 acres more or less, zoned for rural <br /> housing (e.g., RH-1,2 or 3 as appropriate). The remaining part of tax parcel#12-0712-253- <br /> 8600-4 will then consist of 21.3 - 2.77 = 18.53 acres. No further development is planned. <br /> A. 7 42, <br /> Jeffrey A.
