ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5424 - <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> VIENNA <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Vienna be amended to include in the RH-1 <br /> Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5424: <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 36, Town of Vienna described as follows: <br /> Commencing at Section South quarter corner; thence N 01° West 495.1 feet to <br /> point of beginning; thence N 89° East 594 feet to West right-of-way .line <br /> Windsor Prairie Road; thence N 01_ Vest 226.65 feet to South right-of-way line <br /> Pine Spring Road; thence along said South right-of-way line Westerly 594 feet; <br /> thence South along Section North-South quarter line to point of beginning. <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a <br /> certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded.
