She also stated <br /> that she will be going to Dane County Zoning to amend her <br /> petition to leave the area that is R-1 behind the bar as R-1 <br /> since the land will not be able to be used for anything <br /> except the mound system. <br /> Mrs . Keller stated that the existing horseshoe pits or <br /> volleyball courts cannot be used and none of them are any <br /> longer grandfathered and the grandfathered ones were moved , <br /> therefore they are in violation if they use any of the <br /> recreational facilities , this was stated by the Attorney <br /> Hazelbaker at the June 17th meeting . <br /> Board asked if the Clerk has received anything from the <br /> attorney regarding the deed restriction he was going to <br /> draft . No. <br /> Mr . Graff moved to rescind the action taken at the June 17th <br /> meeting , seconded by Mrs. Stenson, Discussion , Mr. Graff <br /> asked to withdraw his motion if the seconded would withdraw. <br /> Mrs Stenson withdrew her second also. <br /> Mr. Heisig moved to rescind the action taken at the June <br /> 17th meeting regarding the Kountry Key rezoning and C. U . P. <br /> and approve a modification of the petition to: Change the A- <br /> 1 zoning to B-1 with a conditional use permit to allow the <br /> bar, recreational area and lighting , with the same <br /> conditions and deed restrictions as before, seconded by Mrs. <br /> Stenson . Discussion : Clerk read the letter that had been <br /> sent to Dane County Zoning regarding the approval of June <br /> 17th . A new letter will be drafted and sent to Dane County <br /> stating that the privacy fence is to be installed by the <br /> August 11th County Zoning Public Hearing or the zoning is to <br /> be denied , motion carried . (Wiganowsky obstained) <br /> Mrs. Stenson stated that she will attend the zoning public <br /> hearing on Tuesday , August 11th. Mrs . Keller is to call <br /> Mrs. Stenson around 4 : 00 on Tuesday the 11th and leave a <br /> message on her recorder as to whether or not the fence is in <br /> place. <br /> Mr. Schmidt asked Mrs . Reynolds if she understands what is <br /> suppose to be done, ie . None of the Recreational facilities <br /> can be used until a fence has been installed , and if the <br /> fence is not installed by August 11th 4: 00 P.M . , Mrs . <br /> Stenson will request the zoning committee to deny the <br /> petition .
