ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5428 Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of PLEASANT SPRINGS The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Pleasant Springs be amended to include in the RH-2 and RH-4 Rural Homes District the following described land: Pet. #5428: Part of the SW 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 26 and SE 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 27, Town of Pleasant Springs described as follows: TO RH-2: Commencing at the South quarter corner of said Section 27; thence N 88° 30'25" East, 1316.14 feet along the South line of said Section 27; thence N 01° 58' 40" West, 1279.05 feet to the Northwest corner of Certified Survey Map #2085, thence N 88° 17' 00" East, 600.00 feet along the North line of said Certified Survey Map #2085 to the point of beginning of this description, said line being 49.5 feet South and parallel to the North line of the S 1/2 of said Section 27; thence continue N 88° 17' 00" East, 353 feet more or less to the East line of the West 953.5 feet of the SE 1/4 SE 1/4 of said Section 27; thence S 01° 58' 40" East, 368 feet more or less along said East line to the North line of the South 915 feet of the SE 1/4 SE 1/4 said Section 27; thence S 88° 30' 25" West, 353 feet more or less alongs said North line to the Southeast corner of said Certified Survey Map #2085; thence N 01° 58' 40" West, 366.35 to the Northeast corner of said Certified Survey Map and the point of beginning of this description. ALSO; Lot 3 and Lot #4, Dane County Certified Survey Map #2085 as recorded in Volume 8 of Certified Surveys, Pages 279-281. The above listed description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane County Board, a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. TO RH-4: Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Section 26; thence North along the West line of the SW 1/4 SW of said Section to a point 33 feet South of the Northwest corner of said 1/4 1/4; thence East parallel with the North line of said 1/4 1/4 to the East line of the W 1/2 SW 1/4 SW 1/4; thence South along said East line to the Southeast corner thereof; thence West along the South line of said 1/4 1/4 to the point of beginning. Also, commencing at the Southwest corner of said SE 1/4 SE 1/4 of said Section 27; thence East along the South line of said 1/4 1/4, 953.5 feet to the point of beginning; thence North parallel with the East line of said 1/4 1/4, 1283 feet more or less to a point lying 33 feet South of the North line of th aforesaid SE 1/4 SE 1/4; thence East parallel with said North line, 362 feet more or less to the East line of said 1/4 1/4; thence South along said East line, 1305 feet more or less to the Southeast corner of said 1/4 1/4; thence West along the South line of said 1/4 1/4, 362 feet more or less to the point of beginning.
