ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5428 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> PLEASANT SPRINGS <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Pleasant Springs be amended to include in <br /> the RH-2 and RH-4 Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5428: <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 26 and SE 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 27, Town of <br /> Pleasant Springs described as follows: <br /> TO RH-2: Commencing at the South quarter corner of said Section 27; thence N <br /> 88° 30'25" East, 1316.14 feet along the South line of said Section 27; thence N <br /> 01° 58' 40" West, 1279.05 feet to the Northwest corner of Certified Survey Map <br /> #2085, thence N 88° 17' 00" East, 600.00 feet along the North line of said <br /> Certified Survey Map #2085 to the point of beginning of this description, said <br /> line being 49.5 feet South and parallel to the North line of the S 1/2 of said <br /> Section 27; thence continue N 88° 17' 00" East, 353 feet more or less to the <br /> East line of the West 953.5 feet of the SE 1/4 SE 1/4 of said Section 27; <br /> thence S 01° 58' 40" East, 368 feet more or less along said East line to the <br /> North line of the South 915 feet of the SE 1/4 SE 1/4 said Section 27; thence S <br /> 88° 30' 25" West, 353 feet more or less alongs said North line to the Southeast <br /> corner of said Certified Survey Map #2085; thence N 01° 58' 40" West, 366.35 to <br /> the Northeast corner of said Certified Survey Map and the point of beginning of <br /> this description. ALSO; Lot 3 and Lot #4, Dane County Certified Survey Map <br /> #2085 as recorded in Volume 8 of Certified Surveys, Pages 279-281. <br /> The above listed description is intended to describe land for which a certified <br /> survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will <br /> become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane County Board, a <br /> certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the <br /> Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. <br /> TO RH-4: Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Section 26; thence North <br /> along the West line of the SW 1/4 SW of said Section to a point 33 feet South <br /> of the Northwest corner of said 1/4 1/4; thence East parallel with the North <br /> line of said 1/4 1/4 to the East line of the W 1/2 SW 1/4 SW 1/4; thence South <br /> along said East line to the Southeast corner thereof; thence West along the <br /> South line of said 1/4 1/4 to the point of beginning.
