The denial is due primarily because of unresolved <br /> concern regarding the Dane County Shooting Range. The consensus of the <br /> committee was that if the range questions were resolved in the near future <br /> they would be amenable to considering a new application. <br /> Please also be advised that the County Board will be considering the <br /> committee's recommendation pertaining to your rezone application at their <br /> meeting on October 15, 1992 which will be held in Room 201, City—County <br /> Building, at 7:30 PM. If you wish to speak at the County Board meeting you <br /> must register on the slips provided at the entry of Rm 201. <br /> A copy of the minutes of the zoning committee action is enclosed for your <br /> information.
