The existing commercial access has been <br /> widened, by permission. No objections . <br /> Petition 5447 . No objections . <br /> C.U.P. 1020 . Our road plans indicate a private entrance near <br /> the crest of a vertical curve. Any driveway modifications <br /> require the prior approval of our area supervisor . <br /> Petition 5450 . This parcel has no direct access to CTH "T" <br /> ( see attached copy of map) . <br /> Petitions 5451 & 5454 . Not controlled access highways , however <br /> our area supervisor must approve any driveway modification or <br /> requests for additional access . <br /> C.U.P. 1021. No objections . Access permit 90-3 was granted <br /> for joint private entrance and quarry use. <br /> Petitions 5460 & C.U.P. 1023 .
