ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5429 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> MEDINA <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Medina be amended to include in the <br /> A-2 (4) Agriculture District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5429/1015: <br /> Part of the S 1/2 SE 1/4 Section 5, Town of Medina described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the Southeast corner of said Section 5; thence Westerly along <br /> the South line of the said SE /14, 1150 feet more or less to the centerline <br /> of CTH TT; thence Northeasterly along said centerline, 400 feet more or <br /> less; thence Westerly 33 feet more or less to the point of beginning and <br /> a point on the Northerly right-of-way line of a railroad; thence Westerly <br /> along said railroad right-of-way line, 500 feet more or less; thence <br /> Northeasterly 435 feet more or less; thence Easterly 500 feet more or less <br /> to the Westerly right-of-way line of CTH TT; thence Southwesterly 435 feet <br /> more or less to the point of beginning. <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which <br /> a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded.
