I believe the <br /> impact would be devastating. The effects on your business would <br /> be customer concern for contaminants in both water and air not to <br /> mention possible explosions and fire. I feel it would have a <br /> negative affect on both the food service and storage warehouse <br /> business . <br /> Is the White House located next to a nuclear test site? Would <br /> you take your family and friends to Love Canal for a picnic? <br /> Who would store their worldly possessions in a place where one <br /> error could cost them the loss of unreplacable items? I believe <br /> we, be it individually, a business person or a governmental body, <br /> should maintain zoning standards which allow only compatible <br /> business ventures in specific locations . <br /> As you realize, your property has been hard to sell due to it 's <br /> location not being close to a populated municipality, however, <br /> with the type of facility you spoke to me about, it would create <br /> a real devaluation of your property making it near impossible to <br /> sell .
