ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5431 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> ROXBURY <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Roxbury be amended to include in the C-2 <br /> Commercial District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5431 : <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 27, Town of Roxbury described as follows: <br /> West 189.73 feet of SW 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 27, lying North of USH 12. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 (3) (a) 2.(b) <br /> of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to <br /> the following conditions. <br /> CONDITION <br /> 1 . This rezone shall be effective upon implementation of the bulk gas <br /> facility on the property.
