ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5434 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> PLEASANT SPRINGS <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does or ain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Pleasant Spr' gs be amended to include in <br /> the RH-2 Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5434: <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 4, Town of pleasant Springs described as <br /> follows: Commencing at the Southeast corner%of said Section 4; thence N 03° <br /> 09' 18" West, 199.81 feet; thence S 69° 10' /07" West 69.27 feet to the point of <br /> beginning. Thence Southwesterly along the centerline of Rinden Road 1300 more <br /> or less feet; thence North along the 40 1 e 660 more or less feet; thence East <br /> 1060 more or less feet; thence 53° 09 ' 18 ' West 285.0 feet; thence N 84° 10' <br /> 37' East 194.93 feet; thence S 03° 9 ' 18 Esat 203.16 feet to the point of <br /> beginning. <br /> The above listed description/s is/are ntended to describe land for which a <br /> certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded.
