• <br /> ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5448 <br /> • Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> CHRISTIANA <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Christiana be amended to include in the <br /> RH-2 Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5448: <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 SW 1/4 and SW 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 6, Town of Christiana <br /> described as follows: Commencing at the South quarter corner of said Section <br /> 6; thence North along the North-South quarter line of said Section, 550 feet to <br /> the point of beginning; thence N 73° 59' West, 430 feet; thence N 18° 09' East, <br /> 408 feet; thence N 88° 03' East, 300 feet; thence S 19° 20' East, 240.6 feet; <br /> thence S 82° East, 136 feet; thence South 161.3 feet; thence N 84° 20' West, <br /> 110 feet; thence S 20° 10' West, 148 feet; thence N 73° 59' West, 70 feet to <br /> the point of beginning. <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a <br /> certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded.
