Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Medina. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps <br /> of the Town of Medina be amended to include in the RH-1 Rural Homes and A-4 district(s) <br /> following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 10273 <br /> Part of Section 29, Town of Medina described as follows: <br /> Lot 1: A-1EX To RH-1 <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 29, T.8N., R.12E., Town of Medina, Dane County, <br /> Wisconsin, described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the Southwest corner of the SW 1/4 of the NE 1/4; thence N01°22'E , 1327 feet to <br /> the Northwest corner of said 1/4- 1/4 ; thence N87°57'E along the North line of said 1/4 - 1/4, 576 <br /> feet to the point of beginning; thence continue N87°57'E, 500 feet; thence S26°08'W, 282 feet; <br /> thence S87°57'W, 383 feet; thence N01°22'E, 250 feet to the point of beginning.
