This is an existing commercially zoned building In the Town of <br /> Pleasant Springs. The adopted town/county policy seeks to limit the size of such <br /> uses, to be compatible with the rural character of the area and avoid intensive uses <br /> which may require additional municipal services in the future. <br /> The proposed uses of truck parking and storage of recreational vehicles appears <br /> reasonably consistent with policies. Plan policy does limit the number of trucks to <br /> six. <br /> Therefore, if the zoning is changed to C-2, it should be conditionally rezoned to <br /> the specific uses requested, which precludes many of the more intensive uses <br /> permitted in the C-2 district which would be incompatible at this location. <br /> Environmental Health Dept.
