The berm will be extended behind both the pistol and rifle ranges
leaving as the only gap the gate which will face the clubhouse.
2. The rifle range will be limited to members only - no guests.
3. The rifle range will be fenced and locked. Hours of operations will be
limited to daylight hours when the clubhouse is open or a qualified range
officer is present.
4. Both the pistol range and rifle range will be closed during the Friday
fish fry and on Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays.
5. A sign warning of the approach to NBSC will be placed on Bill Schuster's
property approximately 100 yards south of the club drive. This was
suggested by Bill Schuster who gave permission to install the sign.
6. NBSC has requested that the Wisconsin Department of Transportation construct
a frontage road along U.S.H. "151" from Twin Lane to Greenway Road to
provide direct access to NBSC. (copy of letter to D.O.T. attached) .
7. Measurements of noise level will be made at our present range and at a
range near Waukesha which is of a design similar to our proposed range.
This will determine the effect of berms and baffles on noise level.
Mr. Renato Millan, Director of the Health Consultation Division of O.S.H.A.
will make a noise dosimeter available to us for the test. Mr. R. Gotzion,
Mr. W. Schuster and M. Bailey will make the tests. This should be done
