ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5456 <br /> Amending Section 10. 03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> BRISTOL <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Bristol be amended to include in the <br /> B-1 Local Business and RE-1 Recreational District the following described <br /> land: <br /> TO B-1: Part of the S 1/2 NE 1/4 also part NE 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 13 , Town <br /> of Bristol described as follows: Commencing at the East quarter corner of <br /> said Section 13 , thence N 88° 05 ' 15" West, 1115 . 84 feet to the point of <br /> beginning; thence N 30° 44 ' 41" East, 205. 73 feet; thence N 64° 58 ' 29" <br /> West, 198 . 02 feet; thence N 43 ° 56 ' 13" West, 38 . 87 feet; thence N 00° 00 ' <br /> 00" West, 40 . 00 feet; thence S 90° 00 ' 00" West, 140 . 00 feet; htence S 00° <br /> 00 ' 00" East, 320 . 52 feet; thence S 88° 05 ' 15" East, 32 . 91 feet; thence <br /> S 01° 20 ' 18" West, 68 . 63 feet; thence S 88° 05 ' 15" Esat, 169 . 99 feet; <br /> thence N 30° 44 ' 41" East, 78 . 34 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> TO RE-1: Part of the SW 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 13 , Town of Bristol, described <br /> as follows: Beginning at East quarter corner of said Section 13 , thence <br /> West along South line of said 1/4 1/4 to point of beginning; thence <br /> continue West along said line 350 feet; thence N 800 feet; the East 350 <br /> feet; thence South 800 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10. 255 (3) (a) <br /> 2 . (b) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be <br /> subject to the following conditions. <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective, if within 90 days of its adoption by Dane <br /> County the owner or owners of the land shall record the following <br /> restrictions on said land: <br /> A. Use of the property shall be limited to pistol and shotgun <br /> ranges and . 22 caliber rifle practice on the 50 yard range. <br /> Other rifles are not permitted. <br /> Said restrictions shall run in favor of Dane County and the pertinent Town <br /> Board as well as the owners of the land. Failure to record the <br /> restrictions will cause the rezone to be null and void. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE: ; //0/ 3 <br />
