ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5457 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> SUN PRAIRIE <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Sun Prairie be amended to include in the <br /> RH-1 Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Pet. 15457: <br /> Part of the NE 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 36, Town of Sun Prairie described as <br /> follows: Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Section 36; thence West <br /> 800 feet; thence South 70 feet to the point of beginning; thence S 45° East 200 <br /> feet; thence S 45° West 400 feet; thence N 70° West, 240 feet; thence N 20° <br /> East, 180 feet along Ridge Road; thence N 30° East 320 feet to the point of <br /> beginning. <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a <br /> certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This <br /> amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane <br /> County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is <br /> recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE: KC 0 3 1992 <br />
