ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5459 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> CHRISTIANA <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Christiana be amended to include in the <br /> RH-1 and RH-3 Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5459: <br /> Part of the NE 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 3, Town of Christiana described as follows: <br /> TO RH-1: Commencing at the Northwest corner of said NE 1/4 NE 1/4; thence <br /> East, 16.5 feet; thence South, 900 feet to th centerline of USH 12-18; thence <br /> Easterly along said centerline, 140 feet to the point of beginning; thence <br /> continue Easterly along said centerline, 200 feet to the Southwest corner of <br /> Dane County Certified Survey #5440; thence North along the West line of said <br /> Certified Survey and its extension, 475 feet; thence West, 200 feet; thence <br /> South, 470 feet to the point of beginning. TO RH-3: Commencing at the <br /> Northwest corner of said NE 1/4 NE 1/4; thence East, 16.5 feet to the point of <br /> beginning; thence South, 900 feet to the centerline of USH 12-18; thence <br /> Easterly along said centerline, 140 feet; thence North, 470 feet; thence East, <br /> 200 feet; thence South, 222 feet to the Norhwest corner of Dane County <br /> Certified Survey Map #5440; thence East, 191 feet to the Northeast corner of <br /> said CSM; thence South, 269 feet to the centerline of State Farm Road; thence N <br /> 64° 56' East along said centerline, 138 feet; thence N 49° 34' East, 452 feet <br /> along said centerline, thence N 56° 19 ' East along said centerline, 138.8 feet; <br /> thence North, 460 feet to the North line of the aforesaid NE 1/4 NE 1/4; thence <br /> West, along said North line, 1136 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a <br /> certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded.
