Dissuasion en misunderstanding by A.Gill <br /> of previous requirements on road and estimates stipulated at the Town Meeting <br /> Sept. 7, 1992. At that meeting a motion was made and passed by roll call vote <br /> that a written estimated cost for the new road be presented, aloe, $7,000.00 <br /> for Andrew Gill's portion of Pavlak Rd. be backed by a bank letter of credit <br /> or cash. <br /> RE: Andrew Gill A-i to RH-1 on August 3, 1992 as per recommendation by the <br /> planning commission: No building on lots with 150 ft. of John Border's land. <br /> Any normal Gun Club practices will be preserved. <br /> Normal Farm practices will prevail. <br /> A minimum of 2000 sq. ft. of living area per house, not <br /> counting the basement. <br /> A letter of credit for building road plus cul demsac and <br /> one-.Laird (1/3) cost of rebuilding Pavlak Rd. per county specs. to road of <br /> proposed lots. <br /> Engineering for road to be done by a person appointed by <br /> the Town Board. <br /> The lot with the barn stays as one (1) lot, the other <br /> three (3) lots with no more divisions. <br /> Motion by T. Zickert to accept the recommendation of the planning °omission; <br /> seconded by D. Febock. Roll call vote - all ayes. Motion carried. <br /> #5454 A motion was made by T. Zickert that Andrew Gill and/or Ray Pavlak <br /> will resubmit a letter of credit to cover thirty percent (30%) of the estimated <br /> cost to bring 100 ft. of Pavlak Rd. up to county specifications.
