ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5461 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> BLACK EARTH <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Black Earth be amended to include in the <br /> R-1 Residential District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5461: <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 NW 1/4 Section 29, Town of Black Earth described as <br /> follows: Commencing at the West quarter corner of said Section 29; thence N <br /> 88° 47' 01" East, 1335.78 feet along the South line of the NW 1/4 of said <br /> Section 29; thence N 00° 10' 44" West, 382.01 feet along the West line of the <br /> SE 1/4 NW 1/4 of said Section 29 to a point in the centerline of Reeve Road and <br /> the point of beginning; thence N 00° 10' 44" West, 277.69 feet along the West <br /> line of said SE 1/4 NW 1/4; thence N 88° 47' 36" East, 238.17 feet along the <br /> North line of the S 1/2 SE 1/4 NW 1/4 to a point in the centerline of Reeve <br /> Road; thence S 00° 34' 00" West, 60.74 feet along the centerline of Reeve Road <br /> to the point of curvature of a curve to the right having a central angle of 70° <br /> 32' 00" and a radius of 200.00 feet; thence Southwesterly, 246.21 feet along <br /> the arc of the curve to the point of tangency thereof, said arc also being the <br /> centerline of Reeve Road, the long chord of which bears S 35° 50' 00" West, <br /> 230.95 feet; thence S 71° 06' 00" West, 107.22 feet along the centerline of <br /> Reeve Road to the point of beginning. <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a <br /> certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded.
