s, <br /> ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 4940 ` <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> VIENNA <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Vienna be amended to include in the R-1A <br /> Residential District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #4940: <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 NW 1/4 and NW 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 21, Town of Vienna <br /> described as follows: Commencing at the West quarter corner of said Section <br /> 21; thence North 21.37 feet; thence East 978.65 feet to the point of beginning; <br /> thence continue East 350.00 feet; thence South 140 feet; thence West 350.00 <br /> feet; thence North 140 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded.
