- RESTRICTIONS - <br /> 1. WHEREAS, is/are <br /> the owner or owners of the following described land in the Town of <br /> , Dane County, Wisconsin, to-wit: <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 23, Town of Blooming Grove described as <br /> follows: Commencing at the East quarter corner of said Section 23, thence N <br /> 00° 15' 57" West, along the east line of said SE 1/4 NE 1/4, also being the <br /> east line of CSM 2951, recorded in Volume 11 of Certified Surveys on pages 352 <br /> and 353, Dane County Register of Deeds, 184.22 feet to the Northeast corner of <br /> sid CSM 2951; thence N 83° 19' 44" West, along the North line of said CSM 2951, <br /> 244.72 feet; thence N 04° 35' 18" East, 270.97 feet; thence N 89° 44' 03" East, <br /> 220.00 feet to the East line of said SE 1/4 NE 1/4, thence S 00° 15' 57" East, <br /> along said East line 299.56 feet to the Northeast corner of said CSM 2951 and <br /> the point of beginning. <br /> 2. WHEREAS, the said owner desires to place certain restrictions thereon, to <br /> bind the owner and those who may acquire title hereafter; <br /> 3. NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutal benefits passing to and from the <br /> owner and those who may hereafter purchase said land and the parties named as <br /> beneficiaries of these restrictions, the following restrictions are hereby im- <br /> posed: <br /> A. Commercial use of the property shall be limited to: <br /> 1). Operation of a construction contractor business. <br /> 2). Rental of warehouse storage space for other contractors. <br /> These restrictions shall constitute covenants running with the land and shall <br /> be binding upon all parties now owning any part of said land, their successors, <br /> heirs and assigns, and all parties holding under them unless, pursuant to para- <br /> graphs 5 or 6 of this instrument, said restrictions are amended or terminated. <br /> - 1 - <br />
