PETITION NO. 1C3 (1 1 PETITION TO CHANGE THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF LANDS IN THE TOWN OF BLOOMING GROVE TO THE DANE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS: Ladies & Gentlemen: The undersigned hereby petitions the Dane County Board of Supervisors to change the zoning classification of the following described land in Section 23, Town of Blooming Grove , Dane County, Wisconsin, from the A-1 Ex. Agriculture District to the C-2 Commercial District. Part of the SE 1 /4 NE 1 /4 Section 23, Town of Blooming Grove described as follows: Commencing at the East quarter corner of said Section 23, thence N 00° 15 ' 57" West, along the east line of said SE 1 /4 NE 1 /4, also being the east line of CSM 2951 , recorded in Volume 11 of Certified Surveys on pages 352 and 353, Dane County Register of Deeds , 184.22 feet to the Northeast corner of sid CSM 2951 ; thence N 83° 19 ' 44" West, along the North line of said CSM 2951 , 244.72 feet; thence N 04° 35 ' 18" East, 270.97 feet; thence N 89° 44 ' 03" East, 220.00 feet to the East line of said SE 1 /4 NE 1 /4, thence S 00° 15' 57" East, along said East line 299.56 feet to the Northeast corner of said CSM 2951 and the point of beginning. This amendment will be effective, if within 90 days of its adoption by the County Board of Supervisors, the owner or owners of the land shall record the following restrictions on said land running in favor of Dane County and the pertinent Town Board as well as the owners of the land: A.
