ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 4942 <br /> • <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> SPRINGFIELD <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Springfield be amended to include in the <br /> RH-3 Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #4942: <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 3, Town of Springfield described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the intersection of the East line of said SW 1/4 SE 1/4 and the <br /> North right-of-way of Hwy. 19; thence West along said right-of-way 300 feet to <br /> the point of beginning. Thence continue West along said right-of-way, 355.00 <br /> feet; thence N 23° 36' West, 591.9 feet; thence S 55° 24' West, 92.1 feet; <br /> thence N 09° 11' 45" West, 193.35 feet; thence N 14° 48' West, 208 feet; thence <br /> East 770 feet; thence South 840 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> This description, is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become <br /> effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane County Board of <br /> Supervisors a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is <br /> recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. <br /> EFFECTIVE: APR 1 0 1991 <br />
