This existing commercial building Is currently used for <br /> retail sale of wildlife art. Surrounding uses Include farm buildings to <br /> the north and on the RH-3 parcel to the northeast , an apartment building <br /> (former motel ) on the B-1 parcel , single family homes on the RH-1 and R- <br /> 1 parcels to the south, and a corn drying operation on the A-B parcel to <br /> the west . <br /> The area Is designated Rural Non-Farm on the Roxbury Town Plan, with <br /> policies which allow agriculture related commercial use. Recreational <br /> vehicles are not agriculture related. <br /> With residential uses on three sides and the nature of snowmobile and <br /> motorcycle engine noises, this does not appear to be a compatible <br /> location for such a use. <br /> E.H.D. — Petition 4944 No objection to this petition. <br /> Co.
