This Is an existing office building with urban services <br /> provided In the Town of Madison. <br /> Surrounding uses Include a major multi-family housing complex to the <br /> north, five single family homes on the RH-1 parcel to the east , anot <br /> office building to the southeast between Hwy. 14 and Ski Lane, public <br /> open space to the south of Hwy. 14, and mini warehouses to the west of <br /> the railroad tracks. <br /> The request for a conference center and occasional overnight <br /> accommodations appears reasonably compatible If all parking for the <br /> conference center Is on-slue and not allowed on Ski Lane. Overnight <br /> accommodations within the building should be compatible with the other <br /> residential uses in the area. <br /> E.H.D. — CUP 893 No objection to this petition.
