ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 4945 <br /> ► Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> DEERFIELD <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Deerfield be amended to include in the C-2 <br /> Commercial District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #4945: <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 28, Town of Deerfield described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the East quarter corner of Section 28; thence S 85° 49' West <br /> 1338.00 feet, thence S 00° 16' West 1335.21 feet, thence S 00° 35 ' East 518.00 <br /> feet along the centerline of STH 73 to the point of beginning. Thence continue <br /> S 00° 35' East 805.6 feet along said road centerline, thence N 85° 42' East <br /> 641.67 feet, thence N 00° 35' West 1151.17 feet, thence N 04° 34' West 175.00 <br /> feet also recorded as N 00° 55' West, thence S 85° 26' West 216.50 feet along <br /> the centerline of London Road, thence S 00° 35' East 518.00 feet, thence S 85° <br /> 26' West 414.00 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> This amendment will be effective, if within 90 days of its adoption by the <br /> County Board of Supervisors, the owner or owners of the land shall record the <br /> following restrictions on said land running in favor of Dane County and the <br /> pertinent Town Board as well as the owners of the land: <br /> A.
