Thence continue <br /> S 00° 35' East 805.6 feet along said road centerline, thence N 85° 42' East <br /> 641.67 feet, thence N 00° 35' West 1151.17 feet, thence N 04° 34' West 175.00 <br /> feet also recorded as N 00° 55' West, thence S 85° 26' West 216.50 feet along <br /> the centerline of London Road, thence S 00° 35' East 518.00 feet, thence S 85° <br /> 26' West 414.00 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> 2. WHEREAS, the said owner desires to place certain restrictions thereon, to <br /> bind the owner and those who may acquire title hereafter; <br /> 3. NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutal benefits passing to and from the <br /> owner and those who may hereafter purchase said land and the parties named as <br /> beneficiaries of these restrictions, the following restrictions are hereby im- <br /> posed: <br /> A.
