The Gurena Iverson Trust co-owns a <br /> farm located in the Town of Albion, Dane County, Wisconsin. The <br /> other co-owner of the farm is Gurena Meyer McArdle. Ms. McArdle <br /> and the Trust were the two residuary beneficiaries of the Estate <br /> of Gurena Iverson, who died a few years ago. <br /> We understand that Mr. & Mrs. Knickmeier have filed the <br /> above petition for rezoning with your office. To my knowledge, <br /> the Trust is not involved in that petition. <br /> The Town of Albion farm co-owned by Ms. McArdle and the <br /> Trust consists of a 22 acre parcel immediately south and adjacent <br /> to the Knickmeier land, and additional lands located further <br /> south consisting of parcels of 40 , 35. 5, 24. 7, and 28. 6 acres. <br /> The farm contains a total of about 151 acres. Attached to this <br /> letter is a map on which I have outlined in blue marker the <br /> approximate location of the Town of Albion farm. Upon the filing <br /> of the Knickmeier rezoning application, you determined that <br /> according to your records, title to the 22 acre parcel <br />
