. County of Dane
C ONE p0 D 2A NIENOAQADJM
DATE: March 5, 1991
TO: Roger Hodel, Chairman i
Town of Montrose
FROM: William Fleck, Zoning Administrator
Land Regulations & Records Dept.
SUBJECT: DEED RESTRICTIONS DOCUMENT
The attached deed restriction document may be used to
record the restrictions the Town wishes to impose. The
document is a revision of our regular document which was
drafted by the Dane County Corporation Counsel for the
purpose of restrictions imposed by the county. I suggest
that you have your attorney and the property owner's
attorney review the document to assure that the revised
wording is what you both intend it to be.
The description of the property on which the restrictions
run should be typed in on the first page in the appropriate
place under Item 1. The description of the property could
be obtained from the tax bills and should include the
parcel number, 1/4 1/4 and pertinent section. See the
following example.
Parcel #0712-284-9574, Part of the SE 1/4 SE 1/4, Section 28
Parcel #0712-283-0000, The NE 1/4 SW 1/4, Section 28
Etc.
The next work meeting of the zoning committee will be on
March 26, 1991. If this matter has been resolved and the
restrictions recorded to the Town's satisfaction, your
clerk should inform me in writing at least by Mar. 21 and I
will place it on the committee's agenda for their
consideration. The petition could then be referred to the
County Board for action on April 4, 1991.
If you have any questions please contact me.
