ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 4950 • <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> WINDSOR <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Windsor be amended to include in the R-3A <br /> Residential District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #4950: <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 9, Town of Windsor described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Section 9; thence N 90° 00' East, <br /> along the South line of said Section 9, 1320.0 feet; thence N 00° 00' East, <br /> 33.0 feet to the North line of Mueller Road, said point being the point of <br /> beginning; thence S 90° 00' West, along said North line 300.0 feet; thence N <br /> 00° 00' East, 350.0 feet; thence N 90° 00' East, 300.0 feet; thence S 00° 00' <br /> West, 350.0 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become <br /> effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane County Board of <br /> Supervisors a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is <br /> recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. <br /> This amendment will effective, if within 90 days of its adoption by the County <br /> Board of Supervisors, the owner or owners of the land shall record the <br /> following restrictions on said land running in favor of Dane County and the <br /> pertinent Town Board as well as the owners of the land: <br /> A. Said parcel shall not be divided. <br /> EFFECTIVE: May 7, 1991 <br />
