No. <br /> ANALYSIS; <br /> 4957 The purpose of the extraction is to remove a sand knoll and use the <br /> material for improvement of the nursery roads. The extraction site will <br /> be reclaimed for nursery use. The proposed use will not adversely <br /> impact the flood zone or wetland areas. <br /> CONCERNS EXPRESSED AT/AFTER PUBLIC HEARING; <br /> STAFF COMMENTS; <br /> R.P.C. - Petition 4957 - CUP 895. This proposed mineral extraction site Is In an <br /> agricultural preservation area of the Town of Medina. The actual <br /> proposal is to remove the topsoil and remove gravel from a knoll , then <br /> replace the topsoil . This appears to be a reasonable use with the <br /> following conditions: <br /> - No extraction or stockpiling within the floodplain area <br /> - Return the site to agricultural production when extraction <br /> and reclamation Is completed. <br /> - No further residential development Is allowed while the area <br /> Is zoned A-2(2). <br /> E.H.D. — Petition #4957 and CUP 895 No objection to this petition. <br /> Co.
