ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 4960 <br /> • Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> RUTLAND <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Rutland be amended to include in the RH-3 <br /> Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #4960: <br /> Part of the NE 1/4 NW 1/4 and NW 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 16, Town of Rutland <br /> described as follows: Commencing at the Northwest corner of Section 16; thence <br /> East 2037.50 feet along the North line of Section 16 and the approximate <br /> centerline of Oak Hill Road; thence S 06° 09' West 888.37 feet along the <br /> centerline of Flint Road to the point beginning; thence continue S 06° 09' West <br /> 446.65 feet along said centerline, thence N 89° 57' East 752.3 feet along the <br /> South line of the NE 1/4 NW 1/4, thence N 89° 51' East 276.7 feet along the <br /> South line of the NW 1/4 NE 1/4, thence N 01° 34' East 445.0 feet along a field <br /> fence and that line extended, thence S 89° 52' West 993.32 feet to the point of <br /> beginning. <br /> EFFECTIVE: MAR 1 1991 <br />
