It is my <br /> understanding that this committee may reconsider its earlier re- <br /> jection of petition no. 4963. <br /> As Town Chairman, I urge you to vote in support of petition <br /> no. 4963, reasons being: <br /> 1. The Town Planning Commission voted unanimously on January <br /> 28, 1991 to support this petition, with a max of 10 mlicensed <br /> • <br /> • <br /> vehicles on this property. <br /> 2. The Town Board of Springdale on February 11, 1991 also <br /> unanimously approved the same. <br /> 3. This property and request for zoning change coincides <br /> with our land use plan. <br /> 4. We also have other property in this same area zoned C-2. <br /> 5. In addition, it is my understanding that this committee <br /> approved a similar proposal for Mr. Bob Miller, petition no. 4969 <br /> which also had town approval. I can not see a difference between <br /> the two. <br /> I have enclosed some pictures that I took.for your review, <br /> because there have been some claims that it is "junky looking" <br /> and that this was one of the reasons it was rejected.
