ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 4964 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> VERMONT <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Vermont be amended to include in the RH-1 <br /> Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #4964: <br /> Part of the NW 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 13, Town of Vermont described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the South quarter corner of the said Section 13; thence N 00° 24' <br /> 35" East along the North-South quarter line 2584.41 feet; thence S 83° 51' 17" <br /> East 783.35 feet to the point of beginning; thence S 83° 51' 17" East 433.57 <br /> feet; thence S 17° 05' 21" West 275.14 feet; thence N 70° 08' 34" West 219.54 <br /> feet to the center of the McFee Road turnaround; thence S 87° 30' West along <br /> the centerline 100.00 feet; thence along the centerline of McFee Road on a <br /> curve to the right of radius 301.52 feet and long chord of N 79° 31' West <br /> 135.48 feet; thence N 23° 28' East 33.00 feet; thence N 22° 28'43" East 199.42 <br /> feet to the point of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded.
