No. ANALYSIS; 4966 The proposed use is very appropriate for a Limited Family Business (LFB) conditional use permit which would alleviate creation of a commercial district in the rural area. LFBs are null and void if the business is terminated or the property is sold. CONCERNS EXPRESSED AT/AFTER PUBLIC HEARINQ; STAFF COMMENTS; R.P.C. - Petition 4966. This proposed commercial site Is in an agricultural preservation area of the Town of Vienna. According to adopted town/county policies, the following are the only commercial uses allowed In this area: "Agri-businesses, specifically approved by the town board, which will serve primarily farm operators within and adjacent to the Town of Vienna." The proposed use Is not related to agriculture. The C-2 commercial district permits many uses which would be Incompatible. According to the application, only storage in an existing farm building Is requested. If this could be accommodated as a limited family business with these specific conditions, there could be minimal impact. It would have to be amended to A-2 to allow for the limited family business. E.H.D. - Petition 4966 and CUP 902 Consideration should be given to provisions for prevention of leaking petroleum products on the ground from stored vehicles which could contaminate groundwater. CO.
